Initial Call

The initial call is a 15-30 minute phone call with a member of our Franchise Development Team. The purpose is to get to know one another. If both parties are interested in the next step, we’ll invite you to apply.

Application

This form allows you to tell us more about yourself and is the basis for the first interview.

Application Review Call

Our Franchise Development Team conducts a phone call to discuss your application responses and ask follow-up questions.

Disclosures and Planning

You’ll be provided with a Little Kickers Franchise Agreement or Franchise Disclosure Document to review, as well as a Business Planning Exercise (BPE) tool. The FA/FDD is an important legal document that requires careful review. The BPE prompts you to research and plan for the potential launch of a Little Kickers business in your area.

Franchisee Validation

An important step in the process is gathering feedback from individuals in our franchise community. At this stage, we will provide you with several of our franchisees to contact, ask questions and gather valuable first-hand information.

Discovery Day

It’s critical that you get to know our entire team during this process. Therefore, we will invite you to complete a virtual Discovery Day to meet the Little Kickers Leadership Team and Franchise Support Team.

Everson & Michele – Exceptional Support & Guidance

In 2010, we started working as coaches in Sydney, Australia. In 2013, we decided to move back to Brazil and launched Little Kickers Brazil. Before we joined the Little Kickers family, Everson was working at a childcare center in Sydney, Australia and I was working as a Territory Manager for a Pharmaceutical Company. We loved the program and love working with kids. We both have a physical education background so it was a great opportunity to launch a career within our field. We were looking for places that offered career progression and saw that opportunity within Little Kickers. We are able to have an impact in the lives of so many kids within our communities. We get to work within a field we really enjoy, with an organisation that offers exceptional support and guidance to all its franchisees!
